Your website plan includes pretty much everything you need to go live. Starting with an in-depth consultancy we build each page from the ground up working from your supplied visual assets (logo and brand colours/guidelines). Working with your product imagery we create stunning images for all your pages. Behind the scenes we optimise your site for performance and any integrations for e-commerce, CRM campaigns, tracking etc. before handing everything over to you with a full induction and support. The only element not included is copy as this can be highly variable based on the website and often our clients have copy already formulated. We can deliver this element as needed for an extra charge.
Right from the start you’ll work with a dedicated project manager who’ll be your interface with the Scene Creative agency team. They’ll learn about your needs in an in-depth introductory consultation, create and share a proposal with you, build out a timeline for your project and be available via email within UK working hours.
Yes, provided we receive the correct assets from you promptly as well as approvals within 12 hours. Removing developers from the process means we're reducing delivery times by up to 70% compared with builds delivered on other platforms. We actually recommend taking slightly longer than advertised to give yourself the chance to fully audit the work we present to you at each stage, to make your included 2 rounds of amends as effective as possible. There’s no maximum time limit so if you want to take your time, that’s fine too.
We ask for 70% of our agreed fee before work starts and 30% on completion
We’re absolutely confident that you’ll love your final site and we’ve developed our process to ensure you’re able to engage in the progress effectively with opportunities to comment at every possible stage. In the rare circumstance that you feel what has been promised hasn’t been delivered, we will work with you to resolve the issue and create a site you’re proud of.

Utilizing a no-code approach means an extremely low learning curve alongside a large feature set allowing you to edit your site in the future without needing to hire additional resources, which wouldn’t be possible with a traditional approach.
